Part of a commission work I'm doing at the moment, the line of characters are meant to walk over two spreads of the book (color to come). After finishing this I suddenly was struck with it's likeness to Sergio Aragones marginal drawings for Mad magazine (this was my favorite part of Mad when I was a child)

Great work! I used to get MAD too. The back page foldy-bit was very clever. I do believe I have somewhere an old Sergio Aragones book of his work. He made doodling look so easy and loose. Love it. :D

Yes, that's quite what it looks like!

And might I add that I think it's wonderful. Very funny, very sweet, and of course well drawn.
