Reminding me of something partially out of Yellow Submarine, partially Fifith Element, partially Brazil, and totally 100% buggin' out fun, The Future by ~MattiasA is todays "zeruch liked it and thats why its a DD award" (
Hi, I'm an italian that manage a free art-zine called Chiamata alle Arti (Call for Arts) where artists, each two months, try to represent a specific theme with their own technique.
You can see some covers on my DA account, plus the link to all issues: ([link])
Next issue theme is Future and I would like to show this wonderful picture too. Even unfinished as it is, because the Future is not yet determined ... Can I? I will credit you on the zine, with nick, link and email, if you want.
Superb work...i dig every little detail!!its amazing because every detail tell us a story and i love when i have works with so many things to see and discovery...the style is unique and the idea is hilarous...great perspective for the future
you know.. it looks like it's done in layers..background and characters..i wonder how do you start and end it..do you have a plan in mind or just start and see where it goes?
simply brilliant man!
In case you're wondering, it isn't that I don't like this one, but I only wanted on of "The Future" images to be as a [+fav]. I like all the stuff that is going on in this image. A lot to look at, making it so the piece is fun to try and find all the details!
So there will actually be a time when pigs fly?
The objects in this are really fun to look at. They have so much detail. Great cityscape too! Cities are so hard to do... especially in perspective. Oh, I like how you coloured the flying animals to separate them from the rest of the pic.
